I read an email that came through today which said that people like FREE stuff on the Internet. Well I guess that is true, we all like a bargain, but do we really want FREE.
My experience of FREE is that people think they want it but then they realise they don’t. What they really want is value for money. So if you offer it for FREE or very low cost they tend to think there is probably a catch. Some will take the chance, but if they didn't need it in the first place they never actually put their 'freebie' to good use and others will just walk on by, thinking: • There's no such thing as a free lunch! • I haven't got time to waste on something I probably don't even need • I need a professional, not someone new to business When it comes to Internet Marketing Business most of us have an idea of what we need, but may not be sure how best to achieve our objectives. Today, if we have a need for something we don’t wait for an advert in a magazine to be produced or attempt to find a directory of some sort, we Google. If we Google we click on 1, 2 or maybe 3 links that relate to that search. If we can’t find what we are looking for we change our key phrase. We don’t go past page 1 unless we’ve got time on our hands.
