"We are a small, growing company whose business to date has been built on good customer service. The dilemma we have found ourselves in is how to maintain the level of personal contact with our customers, when their numbers are increasing and unfortunately we have limited resources and only 24 hours in a day!
We wanted to find a way to maintain customer contact and reinforce our level of expertise in their eyes. An email newsletter seemed to be the ideal medium. The focus we have adopted is as informative and as far from 'spam' as can be achieved. The customer feedback we have received from our first three newsletters has been extremely positive. We are now planning features for the next few months and are expecting sales opportunities to develop. We have already observed that the phone never stops ringing just after the newsletter goes out.
